A Brazilian native, Juliana has been married for 17 years and is the mother of two beautiful children. Juliana has been a homeschool classical educator for her children since 2017. She has been living in Orlando since 2002 and studied Hospitality Management at Valencia College and UCF Rosen College of Hospitality Management. She worked for Planet Hollywood’s development for almost eight years until she initiated her career in real estate investments in 2011.
In 2014, Juliana founded Glasstone, a boutique real estate brokerage, with her business partner and brother, Rafael Boselli. CEO and broker of Glasstone, she oversees the company’s operation, including sales, business development, and vacation rental management. To date, Glasstone has brokered more than US$250 million in real estate transactions and seasonal rentals. Currently, under Juliana’s leadership, Glasstone is developing a new Orlando resort in joint venture with a major Central Florida home builder.
Beyond resort development, real estate brokerage services, and vacation property rentals, she has been advocating for the real estate and vacation rental industry by maintaining leadership roles at her local, state and national real estate associations since 2017. Juliana has served on several boards of directors and most recently sits on the advisory board of Cogent Bank, a Florida-based commercial bank.
Juliana prides herself in her quality of service, comprehensive market knowledge, and genuine desire to serve. She has been part of a select group of sales professionals with the highest sales performance in Central Florida and has been awarded the opportunity to advise several builders, developers and investors throughout the years.
